Sales & Marketing Analytics and BI Manager

About the Role:

You will be responsible for managing and optimizing marketing systems, driving the strategy of targeted SDR outreach initiatives, automating and managing data that will develop into tactical marketing strategies for the marketing department. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and product initiatives. Your role will involve managing multiple marketing platforms, analyzing campaign data, and driving engagement and satisfaction through effective communication.

Objectives of this Role:

  • Manage and optimize marketing systems including HubSpot, Apollo, Sales Navigator, Samplead, and Phantombuster.
  • Design and execute campaigns for SDR outreach lists, ensuring alignment with sales and marketing strategies.
  • Gather and analyze campaign data to assess performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Automate data collection across array of campaign sources for analysis and improvement in focus
  • Present data analysis and campaign insights at weekly sales and marketing meetings.
  • Collaborate closely with SDR teams to refine outreach approaches.
  • Report to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) on campaign performance and system efficacy.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the setup and maintenance of campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Conduct regular data analysis to evaluate the success of campaigns.
  • Provide actionable insights based on data findings to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Ensure all marketing systems are integrated and functioning efficiently to support the sales funnel and buyer journeys.
  • Support and improve current and future integrations between our marketing platforms and other tools, including CRM, marketing automation, tracking, and performance tools.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align marketing operations with broader business goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest marketing tools and technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing marketing tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, Sales Navigator, and Phantombuster.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and present complex data.
  • Experience working closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive campaign success.
  • Demonstrated success in aligning marketing operations with SDR and sales processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting data and campaign outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in marketing operations and a solid understanding of how different tools integrate to drive results.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with additional marketing tools and platforms.
  • Previous experience in a marketing operations role within a technology or SaaS company.
  • Experience in B2B marketing within the SaaS industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
  • Strategic thinking and a growth mindset
  • Experience with Hubspot, Tableau, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Excel a plus.
