We are looking for an Partnerships Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in fostering and maintaining strategic partnerships that drive our growth and impact.

Role Description:

This is a full-time remote role for a Partnerships Coordinator at Velotix. The Partnerships Coordinator will be responsible for managing partnerships, communication, strategic partnerships, project management, and sales activities on a day-to-day basis. As an Partnership Coordinator, you will work closely with our partners to ensure they have the resources and support needed to succeed. You will also assist in the coordination and execution of partnership initiatives, contributing to our mission to make data security seamless and accessible for organizations worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Engagement: Serve as the main point of contact for day-to-day partner interactions, ensuring a smooth and productive partnership experience.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to align on partnership goals and initiatives.
  • Data Tracking: Maintain detailed records of partner performance, activities, and deliverables using CRM tools and internal systems.
  • Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of partner events, webinars, and campaigns to strengthen relationships and promote joint success.
  • Market Research: Identify new partnership opportunities by researching market trends and competitive landscapes.
  • Problem-Solving: Address partner concerns, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when necessary to ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong interest in high-tech startups and the data security industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive and eager to learn, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
  • Knowledge of data security concepts or experience in a tech-related role.
